FC Cincinnati acquired winger Ender Echenique from Venezuelan top-flight side Caracas FC on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old Venezuela native is under contract through 2028 with an option for 2029.
'We'd like to welcome Ender to the club,' general manager Chris Albright said. 'He's a dynamic, young player who will add to our group with his versatility and pace. We are excited to work with him and look forward to his continued development.'
Echenique, who will occupy a U22 Initiative roster slot, has 17 goals and 14 assists in 102 career matches.
As a summer signing, he will be eligible to make his Cincinnati debut after the MLS Secondary Transfer Window opens on July 24.
